Co-working
The entrepreneurship support phase starts with the identification of potentialities, ideas and entrepreneurs profiles between the recipients and potential users of Villa Salus.
The identification phase, and the following enhancement of these potentialities, will require the consolidation and activation of support networks, useful to promote personal autonomy and social inclusion.
Starting from a definition of requirements needed to participate in the activities, training courses will be activated based on the educational needs of the recipients. The training courses aim to:
1- steer them toward entrepreneurship and financial education;
2- promote the acquisition of competencies related to business plan.
This identification phase aims to develop entrepreneurial skills among the recipients and to identify projects suitable to receive further support for starting business.
The work will be developed on participatory criteria and, especially in the preliminary stages, will aim to take advantage of peer-to-peer synergies that could be activated in the co-working spaces. (Edoardo Scalco Associazione Microfinanza e Sviluppo Onlus).
