This is the launch stage of Salus Space management model, with the opening of the residential spaces, of the park and the start of activities and services. The management of the area is entrusted to the Azienda Servizi alla Persona (ASP City of Bologna), with an important role played by social enterprises in welcoming guests and citizens, which can find green ares, spaces for the psychophysical well-being, cultural activities, artistic workshops, co-working spaces, accommodation facilities and a multiethnic restaurant.
All the activities are co-designed with the guests of the center, fostering reciprocity and skill enhancement.
The residences have a plurality of recipients, working both as hotel facilities and as temporary residence for vulnerable populations, allocating one third of the accommodation capacity to refugees and asylum seekers.
